Nick is SUPER responsive on Yelp! I was impressed by his quick replies, and respectful approach. He was able to send out a team to a real estate listing of mine within a day's notice to "mow & blow" the front/back yards. His team did a great job cleaning up and the whole process was 100% seamless. Nick and his team did a great job on my landscaping project! They completely removed a huge, dead tree and did some really nice low maintenance landscaping by adding dg in the backyard and relayed some pavers that were uneven. They also cleaned up my front yard, they pulled out a dead bush and cut back some tree branches that would hit my car in the driveway. Nick is super friendly and I highly recommend working with him. He came by the morning I reached out to him and got me a quote by the end of the day. He was able to fit me in the schedule ASAP and the work was done in just a couple of days. My yard looks so much better and cleaner and I'm so happy with the results!

Nick saved the day! We came home to a LOT of snow and found what we thought would be a cleared driveway totally covered. I called Nick that evening and he had us all dug out the next morning. He's easy to get a hold of and does an amazing job! He'll be my first call next time we need snow or anything else removed!

We will be using Nicks Demo and Hauling again soon. Great communication via text or phone call. Drivers arrived on time even with a ton of construction on mount rose and at my street. They picked up very heavy commercial grade gym equipment, took it up three flights of stairs and loaded into their trailer. The treadmill was so big they had to go around the house and take it outside a set of double doors. They made it happen. They did not damage any walls, door frames or furniture. They were very conscious and worked quickly and efficiently. They secured the items in their trailer, and delivered them to the purchaser with zero issues. If you want something done correctly use nicks Demo and Hauling, they are the best!

My guy wanted to hire a hauling company to remove a pile of sandy dirt so he could fill the space with fresh soil for a veg garden. I saw Nick and his crew working on a large project across the street and asked Nick for a quick quote. Nick was very friendly, gave me a fair quote, and a few business cards. I called him the next day and we arranged a pickup the following week. My guy had more stuff (broken concrete, large wood pieces) he wanted hauled away as well. I alerted Nick that morning, his two crewmen (sorry, I forget their names, but also nice guys!) took pics of the new haul, sent them to Nick, who gave me a new quote. One hour later the guys were done! They did a clean job and we're grateful! (btw, they had also done a great job across the street removing a *ton* of shrubbery and other junk from inside the house. They were there well into the evening and we were impressed with their stamina!) Jobs well done!

His crew came out Monday 7/25/2016 before 8am and started tearing down our old awning, deck, surrounding bushes and tress. It took them 5 hours to do it because around 1pm they were already done. I am so amazed at Nick's Demo & Hauling Services.

Just as other reviews said, Nick responded within a couple minutes. I sent him photos. He gave me a quote, which is competitive and affordable. Four days later, Robbie, Sam and Luciano came. They teared down and hauled away an old shed in an hour, very professionally and clean. Robbie went above and beyond. He hand carried a fence concrete post on his way out. The old shed is all gone. I'd love to work with Nick's Demo & Hauling again.
