I was so lucky to hear about Chris from a friend of mine. My recently purchased home had some serious issues due to the builder's sloppy work and failure to disclose major problems. Before Chris, I had so many contractors and subcontractors in to diagnose the issues and get estimates - all of them were so different my head was spinning. Chris took such a thorough look through my home and was able to tell me in a very straightforward way everything that was wrong - and what wasn't wrong. Chris is beyond honest and goes out his way to do things the most cost-effective way while never compromising quality.

We’ve worked with C&A Construction to both correct deficiencies created by the builder as well as renovate/enhance existing spaces to our liking. In both cases, Chris and his team have been professional, reliable, and upfront about cost and options (what is and what isn’t possible, advisable, etc.) It can be challenging to find a contractor that you trust to complete a job correctly and completely, so we are very happy that we can rely on Chris. His experience and honesty means that we don’t have to worry or micromanage regardless of the size of the job.

Abe and his team showed up promptly and performed emergency water damage and mold removal. All three gentlemen were polite, and worked quickly and expertly. In addition, they freely communicated each step in their process. All told, they were in and out in about two hours. When my bathroom had a small fire, my local fire department recommended AAA Plus to help with the clean up. We called them at 10am Saturday morning to see if they could help. They were at another job that was over an hour drive away at the time and he said that he would get to the house ASAP. Marty and his whole crew showed up just after 1pm and worked the rest of the day. Amazing job, cleaned up the area as good as possible considering the amount of damage that was done. They had to remove the entire bathroom and walls in the hall and laundry room. Marty showed me around afterwards and explained everything. Highly recommend!!

I have worked with Precision Environmental on several occasions and they are prompt in responding to my customers' needs. Seeing evidence of termites, I refer Precision Environmental for the treatment as they use heat to totally get rid of termites, bedbugs, and mold without having to walk on roofs or send people away for three days. As a property manager I have had the opportunity to use Precision Environmental on quite a few occasions. I originally found them when I was having a difficult time getting rid of a bed bug problem in one of my units. We had it professionally treated with chemicals many times, but they just kept coming back a week or two later. Precision Environmental was hired to heat treat the unit and I have not had an issue in that building since. I have hired them to use heat for termites as well as drying out units when the roof decks leak. I also had them do a mold remediation back in January and they did a great job, mold inspector cleared it and they dealt fabulously with the tenant. Everyone I have dealt with has been very easy to work with, which is huge with me since many other companies in the trades make you feel like they are doing you a favor by working for you.
