I have worked with Precision Environmental on several occasions and they are prompt in responding to my customers' needs. Seeing evidence of termites, I refer Precision Environmental for the treatment as they use heat to totally get rid of termites, bedbugs, and mold without having to walk on roofs or send people away for three days. Their process even gets rid of all eggs in all the hard-to-reach places. I highly recommend this service!

As a property manager I have had the opportunity to use Precision Environmental on quite a few occasions. I originally found them when I was having a difficult time getting rid of a bed bug problem in one of my units. We had it professionally treated with chemicals many times, but they just kept coming back a week or two later. Precision Environmental was hired to heat treat the unit and I have not had an issue in that building since. I have hired them to use heat for termites as well as drying out units when the roof decks leak. I also had them do a mold remediation back in January and they did a great job, mold inspector cleared it and they dealt fabulously with the tenant. Everyone I have dealt with has been very easy to work with, which is huge with me since many other companies in the trades make you feel like they are doing you a favor by working for you.
