Clint built a 3K square foot commercial building for me and my business partners. To say this was a tricky build would be a gross understatement. Clint is unlike any contractor I've ever worked with.  He shows up when he says he will. He will evaluate your job and help with ideas to make it great, give a fair estimate of the cost and tell you when he can start the job. His employees have been with him for a long time and can do just about everything. This saves time and money not having to wait on other outside contractors. When a tough decision on how something should look comes up... my response to him was to 'do what you think looks best.'
