I contacted Overland to see if they could remove a 7′ x 12′ swim spa from our house in West Sonoma County. They quoted a fair rate, and were able to get us on their schedule in less than a week. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left everything very clean. I would definitely hire them again!

This was my very first time getting rid of a mattress and I wasn’t too sure how to go about it so I did some google search around my area and I saw Overland Hauling. They are based in Santa Rosa but goes everywhere. Dan and his brother (lol I forgot his name) was amazing and very friendly especially Dan when I called to set my appointment. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with junk removal so-far! We hired them to cleanout a house that we were renting and had to leave on short notice. They were able to show up the next day and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! In the heavy rains, I had massive landslide that partially covered a road and had to be removed fast. David Benshimol from Demo Leaders came out the same day I called, and within two days, Demo Leaders had completely removed the slide, cleaned up the road, and reinstalled an iron fence that had been knocked down. I had Demo Leaders do a complete gutting of a 1000 sq FT workshop that had water and power haphazardly run by the previous tenants. Price was very competitive and I was happy with it, and the service was AMAZING! Ray and Yanir did a fabulous job, removing everything inside and bringing it back to clean floors and walls, with just an electric panel in the corner. Bloody perfect work, in just a few days, and when turned over to me, even the floor was clean.
