I was so lucky to hear about Chris from a friend of mine. My recently purchased home had some serious issues due to the builder's sloppy work and failure to disclose major problems. Before Chris, I had so many contractors and subcontractors in to diagnose the issues and get estimates - all of them were so different my head was spinning. Chris took such a thorough look through my home and was able to tell me in a very straightforward way everything that was wrong - and what wasn't wrong. Chris is beyond honest and goes out his way to do things the most cost-effective way while never compromising quality.

In both cases, Chris and his team have been professional, reliable, and upfront about cost and options (what is and what isn’t possible, advisable, etc.) It can be challenging to find a contractor that you trust to complete a job correctly and completely, so we are very happy that we can rely on Chris. His experience and honesty means that we don’t have to worry or micromanage regardless of the size of the job.

I contacted Overland to see if they could remove a 7′ x 12′ swim spa from our house in West Sonoma County. They quoted a fair rate, and were able to get us on their schedule in less than a week. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with junk removal so-far! We hired them to cleanout a house that we were renting and had to leave on short notice.
