I feel very fortunate to have found Warner Landscape and Construction. I had a couple of bad experiences and left my landscaping in an unfinished state for many years. It was very difficult to find someone to take on the my landscaping project. Most businesses wouldn’t consider my project because their starting point for a job was well over my budget. I have an extremely large front and backyard.Justin, was willing to work with me and gave me a quote within budget. He was willing to be flexible and allow changes to the original contract.Aside from that, I knew that I would be able to work with him and he would listen to me.I sent him several pictures of xeriscaping ideas to give him an idea of what I wanted. He also added the french drain that I had always wanted.I did the creative work, and was hands-on when I could be to help stay within my budget.His team was hard working, conscientious, and always left the job site clean and organized at the end of the day.The only issue was the plants, which wasn’t entirely his fault, it was still early in the season and the nurseries quality of plants. There were delays, wrong plants or unhealthy plants. My only recommendation is to use a different nursery, which I think was something he was considering anyway.I’m extremely happy with my landscaping! It’s only been completed for a little over 3 months and looks fantastic! I can’t wait to see what it looks like next year.I have received nothing but compliments from neighbors, who are very impressed by the transformation.I’m attaching before and after photos. Unfortunately, I’m unable to post a video of my backyard and I don’t have a pictures, other than the before video. I didn’t take any, because it looked so bad.But I do have the pictures from Google Earth, which can give you some idea.Thank you, Justin, Esau, and Felipe!

Justin and his team at Warner Landscape Construction are truly amazing. I needed some demo work done in my back yard to get some rock walls and cement off the roots of my redwood trees. It was a tricky job, as the trees were old enough to have grown over some of the rocks. Justin was able to maneuver around in some tight places to carefully remove the cement and rocks without damaging the trees, my other plantings, or my septic lines around which he had to take care. They managed to do all this even though the weather turned really terrible and created complications which Justin creatively addressed. I appreciate that Justin does things 'by the book', explains things clearly and keeps line of communication open so I knew what to expect. I'm so happy with his work that I've already called him back for a quote on another job.

Justin was an absolute professional. Our home was in need of a drainage system to better manage moisture within our crawl space. I initially consulted with Justin to compare his services to another local company and was impressed with how willing he was to point out changes that could be made to their bid in order to better handle the issue and avoid potential problems in the future. After talking with him I understood how knowledgeable and forthright he was. His drainage system performed better than expected during the recent Atmospheric River and Justin came out several times during the rain to monitor the drains and sump pump to ensure things were working correctly. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the materials used, work completed, and follow up performed. I highly recommend his company and will be using them in the future.

Justin was amazing. He listened to what our wants and needs were for our backyard and side patio. He stayed within our budget and kept open lines of communication of how our decisions would impact either the cost or the time line of the project. It’s rare these days to have an owner come out everyday to do the work themselves. I can see why as Justin has an eye for detail like no other. Our backyard came out exactly what we wanted but better. The BBQ shack, designed raised flower bed, the combination of DG and browning path looks great with our new lawn and new concrete patio. The new front fences along with our backyard fence allows us to full privacy and great curb appeal. The side patio and overhang gives a feel of South Carolina next to our BBQ shack that feels a little like Texas. May sound silly but it all compliments our home perfectly and we can’t wait to have more outdoor gatherings.

We bought our house in the summer of 2020 and one of the key factors for the buy was the huge yard that the property had to offer. We have 3 dogs and having a big yard was important to us. Soon after we realized that our backyard needed a major overhaul. The grading was off and when it rained we would have 3 mini ponds of water that sat and ran towards our foundation.We contacted 4 companies for bids, Justin at Warner Landscape was one of those companies. Right off the bat Justin presented himself as a highly knowledgeable contractor. He listened to our concerns and our vision and gave suggestions to what we wanted. Out of all the contractors he instilled the most confidence in us to choose him while being conscious of our budget and not trying to up sale any aspect of the job as others had. He said he would always be on site performing the work to the levels of standards we excepted and what he strived to provide.Justin and his team did amazing! Our yard was a big project that lasted a month and Justin was there everyday keeping open lines of communication and problem solving. His eye for detail was impressive and really brought our vision to life and then some. Along with fixing are drainage issues with proper grade and French drains he completely transformed our backyard into an oasis. He built an amazing Grill Shack that far exceeded my expectations! Along with that he built a beautiful back redwood fence, two redwood side fences with gates, new patio concrete with drains, drought tolerant grass, state of the art sprinkler system with WiFi SMART timer technology, hand built custom raised planter box, DG & Brownie Path walkways, and drip system linked to the WiFi SMART timer. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our yard now.I would highly recommend Warner Landscape! You won’t be disappointed.

I hired Justin to install a drainage system in my back yard. The yard is not easy to work in--it's multileveled, passageways are tight, the slope is challenging, and the soil was heavily compacted and contained many roots and buried concrete. Even though the job threw him a curveball or two, Justin was undaunted and said he actually enjoyed the challenge!This man is hard-working, knowledgeable, punctual, detail-oriented, flexible, and a great communicator. I have hired quite a few contractors on various jobs at my home in Santa Rosa, and this has been an experience unparalleled in quality, and yet still reasonably priced. I almost hesitate to tell you all this for fear that Justin will get too busy to do more projects for me in the future. He's a true gem.

Absolutely the best contractor we've worked with over the last 10 years as we have done major house improvements. We would recommend him to anyone looking to do a mid to large size landscaping job.Why We Initially Chose Justin:Professional: He met with us before preparing a bid, did measurements and reviewed the design plans we had. He was knowledgeable about CA business practices and informed us that legally he could only ask for 10% up front. Two other contractors who submitted bids asked for between 50-70% upfront (beware, this isn't legal but a common practice).Bid: Complete and fair, with each aspect of the work detailed, from demolition to materials to time/labor. He gave us a range, for each item, so that we knew up front what the minimum/maximum cost would be. We had a couple of unexpected issues come up and he gave us options and recommendations (and in at least one case, recommend the less expensive of 2 options).Owner-operator of a "new-ish" business. Justin was on-site all day, every day working. We feel like when a young contractor's reputation is on display in a neighborhood where they can both get referrals and easily be seen by others, they are really invested in a positive outcome.What We Learned about Justin:Flexible: We had a plan done by another landscape designer and Justin was comfortable doing the installation from those plans. He built into the bid time from his own landscape designer, who did the plant placement, recommended substitutes and adjustments. When I had a very last minute tree relocation after almost everything was complete, he was so accommodating about digging it up, redoing the connected irrigation, mulch, etc. Literally couldn't have been nicer or more flexible.He Truly Cares About His Clients and the Project: We never felt like we were just writing checks. He wanted us to be happy. He wanted the landscaping to look exactly as we had envisioned it (and he and his designer definitely made recommendations and suggestions that made that happen).Clean and Organized: Everything showed up when it was supposed to, no delays. When he was worried about finding the quantity of a particular mulch we had chosen, he made sure to get it early. He cleaned up at the end of every day.

We've been wanting to remove the concrete in our backyard ever since we moved into our house. Justin came to give us a quote and the following weekend he had the entire yard cleared of concrete. He scrapped the area and left the yard so much tidier then he found it. He did the whole project in a day, by himself! It would have taken my husband and I at least 6 days. We are so grateful and highly recommend Justin and his company.

Excellent work ethics and very professional. Obtained initial quote, not the lowest nor the highest price. Father and Son operation, explained the process and made recommendations to achieve best results after site visit. Maintained communication thruout the entire process. Gave estimated time for project ~ 3 weeks and completed on schedule. Also had pool tiles replaced and they took extra time to measure and cut each tile to ensure proper fit and look. Made modifications to our specification without any problems, and made sure we understood why some things had to be done a certain way to avoid future problems. Placed extra rebars to strengthen the concrete, and properly graded to ensure good drainage. Cleaned up as they worked, and completely removed all debris when job was finished. Very happy with results and would hire again if needed.

Mr. Gomez and his crew exceeded our expectations!! We originally only wanted concrete removal and replaced. They did such an amazing job we decided to contract them to construct a river rock retaining wall, bbq pit, and fire pit to match the wall. He constructed a custom top cap which turned out perfectly. We then hired the crew to install pavers in our greenhouse to replace the gravel. Again, they did an awesome job!! Porfirio only uses the best Concrete Finishers who are the best that I have ever seen!! I look forward to our next project because we will definitely hire Go Green again.

They recently completed a large job in our backyard where they removed all of our DG and replaced it with pavers in some areas and more decomposed granite in other places. The pavers had to match the previous pavers and they had to be cut to make a nice, curvy path. It wasn’t an easy job and it came out looking beautiful! Porfirio and his crew were so great to work with and were the best price by far, hands down, not even close. They came all the way up to Rancho Bernardo area and worked diligently every day. We had a huge backyard that was basically just untouched and they helped us make our dream backyard a reality. We made more space by the house by putting in a grill area, dining area, and more space around the pool. Then they built some staircases going up the hill where it splits off to an outdoor hangout area as well as a huge fireplace (the right side is a queen size bed size!). They handled all the necessary shrubbery and tree removal, and unfortunately our driveway contract cracked from the cement truck- they didn't hesitate to help fix that up. The craziest part? You always hear horror stories of jobs taking way longer than expected...not Go Green! They actually finished the project on time, and dare I say even slightly earlier! You won't regret going with them, do it now!
