Demolition Contractors Cathedral City

I contacted Overland to see if they could remove a 7′ x 12′ swim spa from our house in West Sonoma County. They quoted a fair rate, and were able to get us on their schedule in less than a week. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left everything very clean. I would definitely hire them again!

This was my very first time getting rid of a mattress and I wasn’t too sure how to go about it so I did some google search around my area and I saw Overland Hauling. They are based in Santa Rosa but goes everywhere. Dan and his brother (lol I forgot his name) was amazing and very friendly especially Dan when I called to set my appointment. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with junk removal so-far! We hired them to cleanout a house that we were renting and had to leave on short notice. They were able to show up the next day and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! In the heavy rains, I had massive landslide that partially covered a road and had to be removed fast. David Benshimol from Demo Leaders came out the same day I called, and within two days, Demo Leaders had completely removed the slide, cleaned up the road, and reinstalled an iron fence that had been knocked down. I had Demo Leaders do a complete gutting of a 1000 sq FT workshop that had water and power haphazardly run by the previous tenants. Price was very competitive and I was happy with it, and the service was AMAZING! Ray and Yanir did a fabulous job, removing everything inside and bringing it back to clean floors and walls, with just an electric panel in the corner. Bloody perfect work, in just a few days, and when turned over to me, even the floor was clean. We had to find a contractor to demo/fill a pool that had been unused for years. It was a very nice pool…. but the space it was taking up was a waste, and could be much better utilized. Finding contractors can be hit or miss. Cost is one thing, but you never know what or whom you are really going to get. Enter AllStar Demolition. Mandy and Tom came over for an estimate and right off the bat you knew they were the real deal. Not because Tom had unbelievable wisdom/vision/insight, and not because Mandy was meticulous and thorough in her own right. But because Tom and Mandy treat you like you are their friend or family. They care about what you want and think, and they tell you how it is. They don’t try and nickle and dime you (quite the contrary, their cost was VERY reasonable). And they straight up tell you what they are capable of and how competently they can complete the project. Through the entire process, Mandy and I had thorough and timely communication. She knew what could potentially save me time and money in the long-run, and laid it all out as clear as day. She CARED about us as the homeowners and clients. When Tom and Ruben came out to the do the job, not only were they efficient (AND tidy), but Tom convinced us to go a route that made the outcome better than I could have ever imagined. Without a doubt, we could not have had this done by any company quite like we had it done by AllStar Demolition. When it came to doing the finishing work (we elected for turf), Tom even worked with the turf reps to tell them exactly what he planned to do and make sure it was exactly to spec for them. Who does that?!?! I can’t say enough about this company and team, and give my wholehearted A+++++++++++ recommendation to use them for any of your projects. I certainly will.
