I contacted Overland to see if they could remove a 7′ x 12′ swim spa from our house in West Sonoma County. They quoted a fair rate, and were able to get us on their schedule in less than a week. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left everything very clean. I would definitely hire them again!

This was my very first time getting rid of a mattress and I wasn’t too sure how to go about it so I did some google search around my area and I saw Overland Hauling. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with junk removal so-far! We hired them to cleanout a house that we were renting and had to leave on short notice. In the heavy rains, I had massive landslide that partially covered a road and had to be removed fast. David Benshimol from Demo Leaders came out the same day I called, and within two days, Demo Leaders had completely removed the slide, cleaned up the road, and reinstalled an iron fence that had been knocked down. I had Demo Leaders do a complete gutting of a 1000 sq FT workshop that had water and power haphazardly run by the previous tenants. Price was very competitive and I was happy with it, and the service was AMAZING! Outstanding Work I hired Cisneros D. to demolish and remove an in-ground spa. It was huge, concrete, decking and a rock waterfall. They showed up on time, prepared, and went to work immediately. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the job done. They were EXTREMELY professional and polite. Other companies had estimated 3 or 4 days. Cisneros completed the job in a single day!!!! The office manager (Blanca) was on top of the scheduling, and always followed up with me on progress, time estimates, and to make sure that I was 100% satisfied.
