Nick's Landscaping & Dumpster Rentals It all started with a single mower. est. 2001 Established in 2001, Owner Nicholas Roth is pictured in front of his newly upgraded 1st walk behind mower and borrowed dump truck for the picture. If you look in the picture with the yellow arrow you will see his car at the time (A hand me down Cutlass Sierra) where he used the trunk of the car to transport his push mower. 2004-2008 ‘Continued Education’ was the theme of this time period. After graduating from Copley High School in 2003, owner Nick Roth attended The University of Akron obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Communication with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Continued education is still encouraged throughout NL and his staff. Pictured below is Nick at an international trade show speaking with the DIY network on new innovative products and services available to the landscape industry. 2009-2014 NL brand was being worked on and the focus of the business was backyard decks and patios. So many young faces in this picture taken in 2009 at the Fairlawn 4th of July parade. 2014 Spring of 2014: NL purchases their first commercial property and moves its operations from a barn they were renting in Copley to 2246 Wadsworth Road Norton Ohio. 2015-Present NL focuses more towards commercial landscaping, blue print installation work and commercial property maintenance. This is also the period of time where the dumpster end of the business really took off. Now our dumpsters are regularly rented out for commercial demolition, remodeling and building projects as well as for residential use. Nick's Notable Landscaping & Dumpster Memories: Nick’s new dump truck is purchased in 2020. This picture was taken with Nick’s business coach, mentor and friend of many years Mr. Mario Weiss shortly after opening the new shop. “Having a strong team and surrounding yourself with people that are better than you is the key to success in life,” according to Nick. NL continues to search for new talented people to surround himself with and sticks to the concept of “always hiring the right people,” as part of the NL culture and vision. The man behind the famous NL script lettering and custom dumpster paintings- Dennis Michel. Local artist Dennis Michel has been with Nick since the start, hand lettering all of his vehicles, dumpsters, signs and more. Unfortunately Dennis past away in 2021. Rest In Peace Denny! “Denny did it” was his trademark.

About Williams Concrete Construction Co. Inc. Since its inception in 1975 by its founders, Jack “Bill” & Nancy Williams, Williams Concrete Construction Company Incorporated has grown to be known as a leader in the concrete construction industry in the Northeast Ohio area. With Bill having learned the trade from Arthur E. Fabbro of Fabbro Concrete in the early 1960’s and eventually becoming a foreman and managing some of the larger scale work in the Akron/ Cleveland area, he learned the principles of integrity, quality, and the importance of a commitment in business, even if it was just over a handshake. With Bill, “his handshake was his promise.” Bill took the things that he learned from Art, and with the support of Nancy, decided to go into business in July of 1975 with nothing more than a pickup truck and a little money in the bank. The focus for those first few years was primarily residential concrete work with a small amount of commercial work coming that first year. After thirty-five plus years, that first commercial customer in Akron, Ohio still relies on Williams Concrete to fulfill its concrete needs.
