ECI works with property owners, lenders, property managers, developers and others to establish specific, case by case procedures for environmental risk evaluation and assistance when environmental liability has been identified. The correct assessment of these potential risks and liabilities is crucial to the long term utilization of the property.

Our expertise and experience gives us the ability to assess each client’s specific needs and to interact with the regulatory community helping our clients to avoid costly project delays and possible compliance issues

ECI continues to develop an on-going UST closure program that educates the client as to their specific needs and how their Underground Storage Tank (UST) issues can best be resolved. All UST assessment and/or decommissioning activities completed by ECI are in accordance with the regulations published by local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

ECI offers innovative, cost-effective solutions for industrial hygiene issues. Our experienced staff will lead your organization step-by-step through an established review process, work with special problems and provide awareness training to all affected employees who work directly with workplace hazards.

ECI works with clients in all avenues of business practices, completing design and managing remediation services for contaminated sites throughout the West Coast. Brownfield programs, proprietary state cleanup programs and other property redevelopment programs have made real estate assessment and management of potential risks a viable means to bring contaminated sites back into productive use while assessing and managing potential liabilities. ECI works with the regulatory community to help identify remediation alternatives that work within the client’s budget and potential future land uses.
