Clint built a 3K square foot commercial building for me and my business partners. To say this was a tricky build would be a gross understatement. Our empty lot was in a historic district which meant that Clint had to navigate the City of Fort Worth, Fort Worth Historic, the neighborhood historic society, the neighborhood association and other variables just to get the project off the ground. Clint is unlike any contractor I've ever worked with.  He shows up when he says he will. He will evaluate your job and help with ideas to make it great, give a fair estimate of the cost and tell you when he can start the job. His employees have been with him for a long time and can do just about everything. This saves time and money not having to wait on other outside contractors. When a tough decision on how something should look comes up... my response to him was to 'do what you think looks best.' He has done so many jobs and built so many houses that he knows what looks right. He has a very creative side and you can count on him to give great advice.
