Andy started in the demolition industry with GD Heil in 1998. He marketed, estimated, proposed and project managed two high-rises downtown Los Angeles. The ‘complete strip-out’ of 1100 Wilshire, and the ‘surgical gutting’ at 801 S. Grand. He started working for himself in 2006 and opened A & A Henins, Inc. in January 2007. Ana Henins was the Accounting Manager for Law Engineering and Environmental Services. Business Manager for Mactec Los Angeles, Irvine, and Palm Springs. She helped build fee structures, reduce expenses and increased profit margins. She dealt with external pre and post financial audits by various municipal, state, and federal entities by her offices. At Project Controls, she helped PMs build complex multimillion dollar project budgets and schedules. As President of A & A Henins, she helped grew the company 205% within 5 years.
