Vini was great. Our project was small, but he treated it like it was a “Big Project”. He matched our vision perfectly. We had a new patio poured, stamped, stained and sealed. He came in perfectly with in his financial estimate. We couldn’t be happier and recommend him highly.

Vini is a man of his word. He is very responsible, willing to go the extra mile, above and beyond for the work he’s taking within the budget. He recently did our backyard, we could not be happier that what it turns out. It’s very well done. There is a drainage problem caused by prev. owners landscape company – Vini is also willing to take care of. There is slightly delay due to man’s power. Vini is willing to work on the weekend to catch up and step up the plate to avoid anymore delay.

The project (stamped concrete patio and sidewalks, drip line, drainage) was carried out very well, and Vini even threw in an extra line for no extra charge. He also had helpful suggestions before the project started. Vini and his crew (Chuck who did the irrigation part and others) were friendly and accessible. The project got started very quickly after I made a contract with Vini and the patio and the sidewalk were installed within days. The rest took a bit longer, but I rate the overall experience as very positive and am happy with the results. The price was very good for high quality work.

VSP extended my driveway out to my property line and did an awesome job! Great communication, hard work, great service, and best of all a beautiful looking driveway!
